• Come back to our showroom and combine your specifications and our suggestions onto the drawing board, not on a computer that generates an automatic "basic" design concept, but a "custom creation" of your project.
• Present this design to you when you come in for your showroom appointment.
• Continue to work with you until we make it a perfect fit for you and your lifestyle.

• In our comfortable decor room, will show you samples and accessories to put the finishing touches to your design.
• Work with you with material selection in wall and floor coverings, hardware and fittings, door finishes and styles.
• Make sure all materials and colors are complimentary to your design, your home, and your lifestyle.

• Are responsible for converting the kitchen and bath designers hand drawn floor plan to a computer generated drawing.
• The drawing is an artistic interpretation of the general appearance of the designer's floor plan.
• The rendering is not meant to be an exact representation, but a visual aid to help you see what your dream kitchen or bath might look like when completed.

• Schedules installation crews.
• Kitchen and Bath Coordinators report to him.
• Double checks plans done by job coordinators.
• Is in charge of the entire installation department.

• Remeasures your project after you have ordered your new beautifully custom designed kitchen or bath to assure a proper fit.
• Details the project to make sure the job foreman can understand intricate details of the job.
• Visits the site while construction is taking place to monitor the progress and to insure all work is being done as planned.
• Communicates with you to answer any questions you may have along the way.

• Orders all the materials for your project making sure all materials and supplies are on the site when we begin your job.

• Is responsible for receiving materials at Patete and for getting them to the job site when needed.

• A working foreman who will run the job on the premises.
• Support all the working trades during the completion of your project.

• Skilled craftsmen, using state-of-the-art tools and methods, meticulously follow your design to produce your dream kitchen or bath. Craftmen are used on an as-needed basis, and include:
  • Carpenters
  • Plumbers
  • Electricians
  • Painters
  • Tile Setters
  • Paper Hangers
